1) Our college has made MoU with Deshpande Foundation Hubli on
17-10-2019 to train our college students on all industry relevent skills in
our college campus itself. it is 300 hours and 150 days programme. The
programme is called 'Skills on Campus'. Under this programme Deshapande
Foundation Hubli is geared towards enhancing applied skills for Arts and
Commerce graduates to build their career in HR, Operations, Accounts, Finance
and Banking and other general domain. In this programme 40 final year Arts
and Commerce students of our college get registered and seriously getting
skills. Deshapande Foundation is having placement support, where it will
provide placement to all the final year enrolled students on 'Skills on
Campus' programme. Our students have completed the training and awaiting for
the completion of their graduation to join the job.
2) Organised Yuva Koushalya Karnataka Valuation Workshop on 07-02-2020 to all the students of our college. Students are registered under this Koushalya Karnataka Programme. 3) TIME institute Dharawad has provided training to our students regarding resume writing, preparation for Competitive exams, Interview skills etc. in our college. 4) The placement cell officer of our college has attended training held at ICICI Academy for Skills, at Banglore on 24-2-2020 and 25-02-2020. 5) Apart from these our college staff members and Principal have been providing training for their all-round development. |

Mr. Chetanya kumar, Co-ordinator, has given the importance of hotel management in the present scenario and Mr. Arshad Hussain, incharge has spoken about the hierarchy, nature of work, salary and incentives and many things regarding the opportunities of hotel management in bangaluru. 3) On 22/10/2019 = Placement cell in association with HK Cyber Security foundation organized a programe on on ‘CYBER SECURITY’ to the students of B.Com and BA students. Dr. Harsha, Founder of HKCS has spoken about the company aims, syllabus, needs, importance and CSR of the company in the present era. In addition, Mrs. Gayathri, co-founder The program was benefited for more than 100 students and interested final year and second year students were participated in the personal interview and 30 got selected for 100 hours Cyber Security Training program. 4) From 18/12/2019, 100 hours Cyber security training classes was commenced. 30 students who are selected in the personal interview have participating actively in the training program. 5) On 27/01/2020, Times group in collaboration with British Council and Ananya Education and Empowerment Trust (AEET) has organized a orientation programmes ‘Teach India†English Communication Skill Programme. The program was benefited for more than 100 students and interested final year and second year students were participated in the personal interview and 30 got selected for 90 hours Cyber Security Training program. 6) From 29/01/2020, 90 hours English communication skill training program classes was commenced. 30 students who are selected in the personal interview have participating actively in the training program. 7) On 26/02/2020, organized one-day workshop on ‘Improving Soft skills†for SC/ST students. Dr. Hemanth Kumar S., Professor, Jain CMS Business School, Bengaluru, has delivered lecture on how to introduce ourself, group discussion and other presentation skills for the students.
