Work Integrated Learning Program 2021 (WILP 2021) is a unique learning-integrated program which offers BCA and B.Sc students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro, while pursuing their higher education in M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro. Key Features & Eligibility criteria of the program are listed below:
Qualification/ Degree | ü Bachelor of Computer Application – BCA ü Bachelor of Science - B.Sc. Eligible Streams – Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics | Education | ü 10th Standard: Pass ü 12th Standard: Pass ü Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA above as applicable by the university guidelines. ü No Active Backlogs | Stipend | Period – (INR Per Month) ü 1st year STIPEND - 15,000 + 488 (ESI) ü 2nd year STIPEND - 17,000 + 553 (ESI) ü 3rd year STIPEND - 19,000 + 618 (ESI) ü 4th year STIPEND - 23,000 | Year of Passing | 2021 ONLY | Selection Process | ü Online Assessment (Aptitude Test contains Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative & Written Communication Test) ü Technical Interview ü HR Interview | Service Agreement | Upon Joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 60 months | Other Criteria | ü Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation. ü Business Math & Applied Math will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation. ü Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation. ü No Gaps are allowed in Graduation. Graduation should be completed within 3 years. ü Education should be regular full time only in 10th, 12th & Graduation recognized by the Central/State Government of India. ü All Arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of selection process ü Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country ü Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate ü Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible. |

The parameters and procedure of selection solely depend upon Wipro's discretion. Wipro is not liable to disclose any information at any stage of the selection process. Wipro also reserves the right to roll back any provisional offer if the provisionally selected candidate does not meet the specified conditions which are prerequisite to being boarded. Wipro shall inform the candidates the results the online assessment; either selection or non-selection through the personal email ids or another mode of communication as provided by the respective candidates.
Wipro has not empaneled any third party for conducting recruitment drive, requisite training, collecting fees or any other processes as envisaged under this program. Also, it is to be noted that Wipro does not charge any fee at any stage of this program. Likewise, only those registrations stand valid which are made at Wipro's official recruitment website. Any communication claimed to be made on Wipro's behalf by any third party are to be considered as misrepresentation and an attempt to defraud and therefore, the same should be ignored. Wipro does not hold any responsibility towards such unauthorized communication made or believed by any. Wipro is taking steps to prevent fraudulent agencies from issuing fake offers letters by introducing digitally signed offer letters for campus recruits. Offer letters will also contain the candidate’s photograph. The Wipro Technical campus offer letters can only be downloaded by the respective candidates through the Wipro portal and will not be sent by courier or email. Wipro does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process and has not authorized agencies/partners to collect any fee for recruitment.
