Key Features & eligibility criteria of the programme are listed below:

Qualification/ Degree - BBM, BBA, B.Com , BMS - No MBA

Education

10th or equivalent: Minimum 50%
12th or equivalent: Minimum 50%
Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA
No Active Backlogs

Compensation- 1.8 lakhs per annum

Year of Passing - 2021 ONLY- maximum 3 years of GAP in education allowed

1. Qualification - BCA and B.Sc. Eligible Streams – Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics

2. 10th Standard: Pass - 12th Standard: Pass - Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA above as applicable by the university guidelines - No Active Backlogs

3. Stipend - 1st year - 15,000 + 488 (ESI) - 2nd year - 17,000 + 553 (ESI) - 3rd year - 19,000 + 618 (ESI) - 4th year - 23,000

4. Eligible - 2021 passing out ONLY. - present final year students

5. Selection Process - Online Assessment (Aptitude Test contains Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative & Written Communication Test) - Technical Interview - HR Interview

6. Service Agreement - Upon Joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 60 months

7. Other Criteria - Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation. # Business Math & Applied Math will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation. # Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation. # No Gaps are allowed in Graduation. Graduation should be completed within 3 years. # Education should be regular full time only in 10th, 12th & Graduation recognized by the Central/State Government of India. # All Arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of selection process # Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country # Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate # Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible

7.Other Criteria # Candidates must have a full-time degree course recognized by the Central/ State Government of India # All arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of selection process # Candidates should have completed all exams/ viva-voice/ training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college # Candidates must not have more than three years of gap in education between 10th and graduation # Candidates must be willing to work in a 24*7 shift environment and relocate to any location within India.

8. NOTE: Candidates who have participated in service desk selection process held by Wipro earlier are not eligible.
