This three year programme, built exclusively for Non-Engineering graduates, would enable academic achievements at the workplace while providing an in-depth understanding of the corporate world. Candidates will be enrolled for a four semester EPGDM course in prestigious management institution while working as full time employees of Wipro.

People Ambassador Programme

This unique learning-integrated programme, offers students the chance to build a remarkable career in the field of People Supply Chain Management mainly in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management and GIMS-Global Immigration Management Service while pursuing their higher education – EPGDBM (Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) from one of the prestigious institutes in India - sponsored by Wipro.

Key Features & eligibility criteria of the programme listed below:

Qualification/ Degree

B.Com / B.Com Hon. / BBA / BBM / BMS / BA Economics

Eligibility

10th or equivalent: Minimum 60%

12th or equivalent: Minimum  60%

Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 GPA or equivalent

Remuneration

First year: INR 2.5 Lakhs/annum

Second year: INR 3.5 Lakhs/annum

Third year: INR 5 Lakhs/annum

Selection Process

Online Assessment (110 Minutes)

·         Verbal (15 Questions)

·         Analytical Aptitude Test (15 Questions)

·         Quantitative (15 Questions)

·         Generic Ability Test (15 Questions)

·         Written Communication Test

Interview Round

Upon selection in the Online Assessment, candidates will be required to go through HR Interview followed by the Presentation Round, which will be conducted Virtually.
