INFOSYS CAMPUS RECRUITMENT PROGRAM

For the role of Operations Executive

We are keen to partner with your institute for the Infosys Campus Recruitment Program 2021-22. BCA and BSc students from 2020, 2021 and 2022 batches will be hired for the role of Operations Executive through this program. Compensation offered for this role is INR 2.22 lakhs per annum. Additional benefits include a health insurance of INR 4 lakhs per annum and a life cover of INR 30 lakhs per annum.

Infosys Campus Recruitment Program will be conducted online in a phased manner comprising of Infosys online test and virtual interview. Candidates who clear Infosys online test will progress to the interview round. Details of Infosys online test are:

Total test duration – 100 minutes

Section II	Technical Ability	10	30 minutes
Section III	Verbal Ability	20	25 minutes
Section IV	Numerical Puzzle Ability	4	15 minutes

Eligibility criteria -

1. Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

2. Bachelor of Science (BSc) graduates from all branches are eligible to apply.

3. Academic criteria for BCA and BSc graduates to apply are:

• X Standard – Minimum 60% or equivalent

• XII Standard – Minimum 60% or equivalent

• Diploma (if applicable) – Minimum 60% or equivalent

• Graduation (BCA/BSc) – Minimum 60% or equivalent.

All percentages/CGPA should be simple average for all subjects/semesters/years, including electives, optional subjects, additional subjects, practical subjects, and languages.

In case the candidate has completed both XII Standard and Diploma, the best of the two will be taken into consideration.

4. No active backlogs are allowed.

5. Candidates should not have participated in the Infosys Ltd and/or Infosys Group Company(such as – Infosys BPM) selection process in the last 6 months.

Calculating scholastic average for Infosys Recruitment Process

Please follow the instructions shared below to calculate your scholastic average as per our requirements.

• We need simple average/aggregate percentages for education details of X Standard, XII

Standard (if applicable), and Diploma which includes:

o All Languages

o Additional Subjects

o Practical

o Optional Subjects

The formula for calculating simple average/aggregate percentages is:

Total marks obtained in all subjects X 100

Total maximum marks for all subjects

Here is an example of how you can calculate a simple average/aggregate:

• If your college/institute/university follows a CGPA system, please ensure that the CGPA is calculated considering each and every course/subject/elective that you have undertaken in that academic year including optional or additional subjects (if any)
