ELIGIBILITY
1. 10th Standard – Pass 12th Standard – Pass
2. Graduation 60% or 6.0 CGPA OR Equivalent as per their University Guidelines
3. Only full time education is allowed
4. Correspondence and distance learning courses throughout the academics are not allowed
5. Max of 1 active backlog till the interview stage. Offers will be given subject to all backlog clearances
Year of passing – 2020,2021 & 2022 only (max 3 years of GAP in education allowed from 10th to graduation). No Gaps are allowed in Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 3 years from the start of the Graduation
QUALIFICATION
· BCA & BSc - eligible streams: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics & Physics
· Candidates with MBA or Master’s degree are not eligible
STIPEND (per month) for first 4 years - till completion of MTech., Degree
· Year 1 STIPEND: 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + Joining Bonus of 75K
· Year 2 STIPEND: 17,000 +533 (ESI)
· Year 3 STIPEND: 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
· Year 4: 23,000
Approx Rs.9 lakhs as Stipend during this period.
Merge Bonuses for the first 3 years post completion of the M.Tech degree.
Post the completion of the program, designation will be Senior Project Engineer and compensation will range from INR 6,00,000 p.a onwards depending on performance.
SERVICE AGREEMENT
Agreement period is 60 months from the joining date. The candidate will be liable to pay a sum of 75,000 INR on pro rata basis if he/she leaves the organization before 60 months for breaching the service agreement.
