Wipro’s SIM (School for IT Infrastructure Management) 2023 - uniquely tailored programme will help Diploma students upgrade their Diploma to a Wipro sponsored B.Tech in Information Systems from a university accorded “Institute of Eminence” (IoE) status by the Government of India.

Students can pursue their degrees while working as full-time employees with Wipro and join us as ‘Scholar Trainee – SIM’.

Qualification - 

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunication, Electronics and Communication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Eligibility -

• Must have 60% or above in Diploma
• 12th standard: 50% or above
• 10th standard: 50% or above
• Open school or distance education is allowed in 10th & 12th or both
• Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and Diploma
• Only fulltime Diploma is permitted. No Part time or Correspondences or Distance learning education in Diploma
• Mandatory to complete the Diploma in approved streams within 3 years from date of joining

Graduation Year - 

• 2021, 2022 and 2023

Stipend -

• First-year stipend: INR 12,400 per month
• Second-year stipend: INR 15,488 per month
• Third-year stipend: INR 17,553 per month
• Fourth-year stipend: INR 19,618 per month

Additional Information -

• Only full-time diploma courses are permitted. No part-time, correspondence or distance learning diplomas will be eligible.
• Open school /distance education in 10th and 12th standards will be accepted.
• A maximum of 1 active backlog is allowed till the interview stage. Offers will be meted out subject to all backlog clearances.
• A maximum of 3 years gap in education will be accepted between 10th standard and the commencement of the diploma program.
• No gaps will be accepted during the diploma program. The program should be completed within 3 years from the time it begins.
• It is mandatory to have studied core mathematics as one of the diploma subjects. Business maths and applied maths will not be considered a substitute for core mathematics.
